Engineering leadership · Product systems · Scale

I build for the moments that test a system.

From mobile strategy to Twitter-scale launches and platform systems, this work shows how I turn high-stakes constraints into dependable products and stronger teams.

The decisions behind the outcomes.

Each case study makes the same things clear: what was at stake, what I owned, and what changed. Start with the story that matters most to you.

01

Creator Machine

My role · Co-founder & CTO · Crypto infrastructure

Challenge · viral demand

The launch was also the load test.

Twitter made demand instant. The platform had to be ready first.

Creator Machine powered high-demand NFT launches where traffic did not climb politely—it arrived in sudden, public waves. I led the system architecture, turned complex launch requirements into shippable work, and coordinated a 10-person product and engineering organization around one standard: our platform could not become the bottleneck.

Forcefield

My role · Contractor → Director of Mobile Engineering · Parental controls

Challenge · establish mobile direction

The contract became the mandate.

I joined as a contractor—and earned the mandate to lead mobile.

Forcefield needed an Android strategy for a parental-control product with uncommon platform demands: device administration, dependable location tracking, and a user experience families could trust. I built that strategy and the first Android app, helped guide the move from iOS-only to cross-platform React Native, and became Director of Mobile Engineering.

Today I work where platform systems meet day-to-day operations—improving internal workflows and turning customer needs into durable product changes.

The throughline is ownership.

Across mobile, marketplaces, crypto, and platform systems, my role has stayed consistent: find the real constraint, own the outcome, and leave the team with a system it can keep building on.
